Metabolic Rehab is my highest-level support and a true individualized coaching relationship.

This is for women who already know they need a strategic plan and the right support. They have tried tirelessly to solve their weight, diet and metabolic woes on their own with no luck — and are ready to stop guessing, forcing, and starting over.

My philosophy on health & weight loss

 

I don’t believe:

  • You need to eat less and move more

  • Hunger is something to ignore

  • Weight loss should feel miserable

  • Food needs to be tracked, counted, weighed, portioned or micromanaged in any way, shape or form, contrary to what you have likely learned

 

I do believe:

  • Hunger is information

  • Most women are under-eating protein and nutrients

  • Constant eating keeps insulin high and fat locked away

  • Your metabolism responds to rhythm, nourishment, and trust

  • Forever fat loss isn't going to fit your perfect agenda, it's a slow process, slower than you will like. You didn't gain the weight overnight; it's not coming off in a mere couple of weeks. It's time for the long game. The women I work with aren't looking for shortcuts and quick fixes anymore

This isn’t about shrinking your body at all costs. You have already tried that and it is now haunting you. It’s about:
